Sip on a Westmalle Dubbel. Its malty and fruity character complements the deep flavors of beef, mushrooms and puff pastry. Our current draught option: Jack’s Abby Calyptra. Also amazing with those beers: our Smoked Brisket Sandwich. They can stand up to the bold flavors in our big sandwich!
Confit Duck Fries
Enjoy a Lagunitas New Dogtown. Its hops cut through the rich confit and finish clean. Our current draught option: El Segundo Hammerland.
Tröegs Dreamweaver Wheat. Its delicate floral hops don’t overpower the dish thanks to a nice bright finish. Our current draught option: Levante Summit Hop Necessity.
Whiskey Ginger Shrimp
