Shrimp and Grits Martini
Pepper Jack grits, bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms and herbs
Cajun Maryland Crab Soup
Root vegetables, tomatoes and Maryland crab
Corn, eggplant and pancetta succotash, with tomato and orange chutney
